The freezer is working fine. Its barely cold in the refrigerator. I see no ice build up anywhere. The fan is running. What can I do? I don’t know where anything is in the frig. My manual isn’t very detailed as to what is where.
I’ve unplugged it for half an hour to see if it needed a reboot. That didn’t do anything. I’ve checked the fan to see if it was running (thank you for the video for that). I thought at first I needed a new fan, but realized that it is working. I’ve cleared the vent on the frig and freezer, that is, if the air flow to the frig is at the top back.

Barbara, you may have a defrost issue. look at video links below. I have looked up the two most common parts the Defrost thermostat 5303918202 Defrost heater 5303918203. You can call out parts department at 1-800-830-5465 to have them shipped same day. Matt Ace technician
