GE Model JVM 1540SP1SS, low power microwaves when door closes, hum/buzz heard. fan nor turntable operates,tap water in glass mildly warmer after counting 30 seconds with door closed, but no time on panel. Open door, press “Add 30 Seconds”, place new glass of tap water in microwave, close door and press ‘Start’. Fan and turntable operate. Hum/buzz not noticeably louder with fan and t-table operating. After 30 seconds, timer sounds, fan turntable stop, but hum/buzz continue. Open door immediately and tap water notably warmer.

You either have a bad door interlock switch or you have a relay on the board that is bad bad. If you close the door right away and hear the buzzing and it heats at all you have a stuck relay on the board. Make sure it is actually heating though when you close the door.
