What is causing this problem? Do you have a video on how to fix this problem on my JCD2389GES side by side refrigerator/freezer serial #16241088AP and what can I expect to be the approximate cost to repair ?

Judy, you have a plugged condensate drain. See video below on how to correct it. To pay a company it would cost $100.00 to #175.00 Matt Ace technician
