I ran the diagnostic tests and started the compressor and checked the components and everything checked. Once I exited the test mode the unit restarted, compressor and fans. Could it be a bad main board?

Hello
Can you explain your symptom ? It the unit cooling ? If the compressor and fan motors are running and the unit is not cooling on this single evaporator system, I would be looking at the evaporator frost pattern next. Matt Ace technician

It was not cooling because the compressor and condenser motor were not running but the evaporator motor was running at high speed, and the freezer display had Op displaying. The customer had removed the ice maker and dispenser.
