i pressed and held the spin and drain button to put this machine 5seconds tthree times it start the diagnostic it goes to co c1 the right into fill drain and spin mode

Here is the technician sheet link I show for this unit. Was there a diagnostic sheet with your unit ? If you cannot get it into the diagnostic mode you have a defective control. We have had a few circumstances where we could not get the unit into diagnostics and control board corrected the issue every time. Matt Ace technician
