will not extract, clothes are very wet at the end of the cycle. However if i put the machine in the “Rinse & Spin” cycle it will extract the water.

I thought that the control bd software was defective so i replaced it with no effect.

Hello
See the service manual links below. Be sure to look at the (Service Bulletin) – leaving wet clothes. I believe this may be your issue.I would run the unit through diagnostics to see if you have any stored error codes. Matt Ace technician
1) Overloaded washer.
2) Oversuds issue .
3) Items caught in tub sump.
4) Shifter not moving into position .
