This may be more of the same information. I do not see anything with voltage info. I have attached a service manual

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. Take a look at the wire diagram. It looks like incoming power goes to the outdoor unit and then it gets supplied to the indoor unit. There is a 2.5 amp fuse on the incoming power to the indoor unit. This is most likely your issue. I am not sure where this fuse is located.

Fuse is ok. Can you supply any kind of diagram that gives voltages coming from outdoor unit to indoor unit. The manual you provided shows no voltages anywhere.
