I am sorry you are have issues. We have not had any other service issue problems on viewing this video so far. I have tried this video on two different devices and it is working okay on this end. Are you sure your browser is up to date ? Have you tried it on another device ? I am sending your request over to our custumer service team to trouble shoot any issues. I have also checked the video and it is working on my end as well.
