Opened drained and removed ice buildup. Poured hot water down drain didn’t think it drained fast enough but did drain. Tubing and nozzle in back we’re ok.

Hello
The drain has A drain trap that can get plugged with calcium and lime deposits. You need a turkey baster or a C02 tank to blow out the drain. If you do not clear it properly the ice will form again. Matt Ace technician
