Customer said it won’t do anything, got power, but light up at the control board, it just won’t do a thing.

Could be a lot of things causing a no start. Most common would be a broken belt caused by a bad idler pulley. This trips the belt switch so the unit will not start. Thermal fuse, door switch and control are also possibilities.
