This is the ice maker fan assembly located in the freezer. NLA, discontinued.
Does anyone have another way to repair this fan? lg ref model LFX23961ST, serial 809MRLM09256. Looking for ice room fan assembly located in the upper left corner of the freezer grill.

After contacting LG and checking into the information, they subbed the part number to 5209JA1044A from LG. This is the new part number
