I LOVE my washer and Dryer Set… It is not a combination like I said in my last post. They are made by LG and are WM9000HVA and DLEX9000V I have the pedestal washer (baby washer under my washer… I take care of my washing machine. I keep them clean!! Having said all of that… We do have an issue… When we put fabric softener in the dispenser cup it will not empty or dispense that fabric softener. I watched it during a load, and water will not dispense into the softener dispenser cup. The bleach cup is next to it, and I believe they come from the same line but Y split. The bleach will dispense, however, not very well. Looking at it more cloasely I am not sure that the soap dispenser water is as strong as it used to be, but it is functioning currently… We do have hard water and I use softener… I love the smell of clean clothes! I have read that this has been fixed by others while only opening the top of the machine. The lines and the pump can be addressed form simply taking the top off. All the videos here only show repair\replacement of the pumps on the bottom left of the machine. Is it true that softener is as bad for a machine as they say? How do I clean out the softener out of the whole machine and how do I get water to go back into the softener cup? If it is as bad for the machine as they say, then we will never use it again!
Again, I love my machines and will do anything to keep them going well in the next 20 years!

Refrigerator is not dispensing crush ice and not dispensing ice cubes when i press the switch. Also the ice flapper and auger motor not activate when i press the switch. Water is dispensing.

Can you please highlight on the schematic to see how the circuit works when the dispenser switch is activated to the auger motor and flapper. Thank you!

Dryer doesn’t heat it just did this and I’m trying to figure out how to test the heating element I have seen two different people saying two different things one says I shouldn’t have continuity between yellow and blue and one says I should have continuity I’m trying to figure out my self so I get it right

I AM GETTING WATER DISPENSING AT THE DOOR. HOWEVER I AM NOT GETTING WATER TO ICE MAKER. I HAVE REPLACED MOTHER BOARD. MAIN. AND THE WATER AND ICE BOARD. AND WATER INLET VALVES.

This model is clamped down and screws in back of panel , which I removed. But I can’t get it off . I don’t want to crack the panel. This is a LG washer

On my refrigerator the freezer is cold but the refrigerator is not cooling. Started about a week ago when the freezer was freezing over And the refrigerator and we heard a loud noise like. We were told we needed to unplug the fridge for a few days because the fan was hitting blocks of ice. So we did and now the noise is going but the fridge section will not cool down the freezer section is very cold. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Would like to know how to open the dryer to replace the rollers.

I have Trouleshooted this unit, By; Running a Diagnosis-TEST on the Control board!!! 1.,2.,3., & 4. push on the test button, ALL the TESTS check out!!! There is NO-Check light flashing at ALL!!! BUT, this is the NEW type of Commpressor on this LG unit {Linear / Inverter Compressor}… I DO-NOT Know what Voltage should be going to this unit!!! The Compressor’s; sticker said: INVERTER 0–220V 53Hz… SO, when I check it with a DVM, I get a reading of; 35 Volts!!! The Compressor is Running, With “ALL” the Fans too!!! BUT, NOT–COOLING??????????????

The icemaker tray won’t dump if I push the test button it will dump sometimes but most times it won’t. The tray has a regular amount of water in it there is no spillage it seems to be a mechanical issue? Is it as simple as replacing the ice making unit in the door?

Right door is not closing all the way and keeps popping out. Any videos to fix this issue. Tried hinges, gasket and stoppers nothing working.
