The water supply in my house was shut down for 20 minutes, and now my ice maker in my fridge won’t work. Do I need to replace it?

Yes, you have a plugged water solenoid valve. Calcium and lime deposits busted loose and plugged up the ice maker side of the valve.Very common issue. Follow the ice maker line down to the saddle valve and shut off, then go to the solenoid valve behind the refrigerator and remove and clean it by running hot water across the inlet openings. If cleaning does not do it then replace the valve.
