How do I gain access to springs.
One door spring broke, should I replace both?
Access to replace springs. Video etc.
Do I have to watch out for fragile ribbon cable on top panel that can crack.

What have you tried so far?
Door falls too quickly and one spring doesn’t Support door because other one broke.
