Hi. If you installed the relay combo, p# WR07X10131 and the compressor is still not starting then your compressor is faulty and would need to be replaced. As long as your getting proper voltage to the compressor that is. Compressor replacement takes special tools and skills and is usually performed by a certified technician.

Hi. I have attached the service manual on a similar unit. If the bottom thermostat on the heater is open it is faulty and is why the unit is not heating. You could have a shorted element or restricted air flow that caused the thermostat to go bad.

Hi, I have attached the tech sheet and ice maker tech sheet for the unit. Sounds like you have replaced everything related to the icemaker. Could be a door switch issue or wiring. Does this unit have the wiring at the bottom of the door? These wires are common to break. Definitely check the wiring where it comes into the door weather it’s at the top or bottom.

Hello
Unplug the harness to the water valve and take off the secondary line from the main water into the icemaker. Does water, come through it? If so, you have a defective diaphragm in the valve that is not seating properly and letting water come through it . The inlet valve diagnostics are on page #57 in the Service manual link below. The Ice maker diagnostics are on page #44 . All other diagnostics are in the manual. Normally it’s the valve or ice maker. Very seldom the main board.
