Hi. Sounds like a possible control issue. Hard to diagnose this though. Would have to catch it in a failed state, when it’s not cooling to see whats not running properly. Power in and power out is the best way to diagnose a control. If you have proper power going in and not the proper voltage coming out then bad control . The power surges that happened very likely damaged the control. I have attached the service manual for you. You might be able to run through the diagnostics to get a better idea of whats going on.

Hello, it may be possible through the test mode. Before entering the test mode all water must be removed manually first. We have attached the service manual for you and the test mode instructions are on page 26.

Hello
E91 is a UI- Main board error. Did you replace them both at the same time? We have found by replacing one at a time does not work. By replacing them both at the same time they sink with each other. I have provided the diagnostic and service manuals. I would run it through a field service mode in the mini manual link below. This will tell you if there are any other stored error codes.

Hello
I looked it up by the model number you have in this link. It is the correct part for this model number. You really cannot see the diameter. If you gave me the correct model number, I can assure you this is the correct capillary tube.

Hello
The service manual link is below and the part number for the capillary tube is WR02X13222. He will also need to replace the filter dryer WR86X10030 when replacing the capillary tube. It could be a restriction, I would not know unless knew his gage pressure readings.

Hello, your unit should go through the harvest cycle every 90 minutes if your temperatures in the freezer section are between 0 to -5°. Make sure you check for the proper amount of water into the ice maker. Should have about a half of an inch of water evenly across the bottom of the tray.

Hello, Your bake and broil relays are working correctly. They will show voltage when off. When on, as power passes through you will lose that voltage reading. If both bake and broil are out without an error code, I suspect it may be your oven safety thermostat. Part # 318578509. I have attached a link to SearsPartsDirect so you can see it in the parts breakdown. You can check the thermostat with a multimeter set to ohms and it should have continuity across the terminals (with wires unplugged). PLEASE be sure power is off before any testing!

Hi. It does sound like a bad speed sensor since you’re not getting a reading on the old vs a reading on the new. I have had to replace a few of these. I’m not sure what the speed sensor should test. I have attached the service manual for you. I would check error codes and follow the testing accordingly. They may show how to test the sensor in the manual.

The 4- blinking lights is a Motor Locked / Over RPM. Go to page #102 in the link below for diagnostic steps. The control board and compressor diagnostics are on this sheet.

Hello
If the compressor was replaced recently, I would make sure it has a proper refrigerant charge. If it does a few more things can cause fluctuating temperatures.
1) Make sure the doors are closing properly and have good seals.
2) Make sure the interior lights are not staying on when the door is closed. You can have a bad door switch or sometimes a hinge cam riser that will not close the door switch and leave the light on.
3) Check for stored error codes in section 6-1 in the service manual link below. Follow troubleshooting guide on additional diagnostics.

Hi. We have found the drain pumps to be taking out the board on these units. Ran into the same thing multiple times . Put a board on and instantly fried it. One actually had a flame. Check the drain pump. It should be around 12-14 ohms I believe. The bad ones I’ve tested were reading at about 1 ohm.
