I am trying to figure out the correct control board on the back of this LG refrigerator. On the Sears web site it only shows one series and the board # EBR73304217. On the LG web site it show two different series of the same refrigerator. The only think different I can fine is a “Suffix” code. One series uses board # EBR67348003 and the other series use the one from the Sears web site. I attached a copy of the model and serial tag. I am hoping someone with more LG experience can help educate me.

Been doing some research and think it’s an Ice Fan issue, would like to take a part with me, can someone confirm this and possibly what to purchase?

I noticed a couple of the drum supports are really loose but cannot find the part information for them.

Electric unit that no matter what the temp is set at, it exceeds and keeps going. Thinking main board issue?

This unit has a door that’s not closing properly, and possibly a control issue. I explained to the customer that it could be either, but would a new door hinge really be the first route to go, or should I also order the control just in case? The door latches and isn’t leaking, but it doesn’t sit correctly.

I’ve replaced the main board and heater already myself but must have done something wrong because the HE error code is still coming up. Did I get a bad heater? Or could there still be a different issue? Thanks for your help.

The unit has a lot of condensation and thawing happening, but everything checks out. Looks like door may have been jammed open by it’s contents, or not closing correctly, but would this be the root of the problem?

No tech sheet I can find, what am I looking at in terms of parts to correct this? Runs for a few minutes, then quits and errors out.

Went out and found the pump clogged, tied up with rug fibers and pieces. Cleared it and the drain to ensure proper flow, still getting a very slow drain, and sometimes doesn’t drain at all. Pump ohm’d out, not sure what I’m forgetting.

This washer is leaking out the bottom but I can’t find the cause. Checked the pump, drain hose, tub, etc. Can’t find where it’s coming from.

This unit is not spinning, only runs for about 10 minutes, and then an IE error pops up and it quits. What’s the deal?

I’m almost positive this is a water valve but can’t find the schematic breakdown, anyone there have a minute to look it up for me? Thanks.

Refrigerator wasn’t cooling, has ice build up around evaporator. Cleared that and found the temperature sensor or fuse assembly bad. Am having a heck of a time finding the correct replacement part number on my phone, these diagrams are impossible to read on such a small screen. Somebody available to send it over? Would really help me out.

First time out I cleared the drain pump and hose, there was quite a bit of debris. But I just got a call that it’s leaking again and am considering just taking the pump with me because I’m pretty sure it will need to be replaced. Do you have that part information?

I’ve narrowed this down to an inlet valve issue and can’t find the information I need. Any body there know?

The ice and water dispenser buttons are stuck and not working, do I have to replace them individually? Haven’t got it apart yet to see if maybe it’s all one assembly I can order.

Pretty sure it’s the evaporator fan motor but can’t find any information on it. Hoping you have it there.

It seems as though the freezer light switch is bad due to ice build up around it, causing the door alarm. Will I need to replace the entire switch assembly?

Customer out of California is running across a lot of Samsung washers (top and front loaders) and getting a lot unbalanced loads and a lot of tubs bouncing around. Beyond overloading, is there any common problem we are seeing out there that is causing unbalanced loads and tubs to bounce around?
Thanks!

This unit was acting up and I reset the board. It seems to be working fine now. But just in case it fails again, can I get the part information from you?
