This washer was quitting mid cycle with an error and not continuing to run. I narrowed it down to the main pcb board but it came up as NLA. Do you guys know of any way to have them rebuilt? Or is there someone I could send it to have it looked at?

Also have the fridge that isn’t cooling correctly, and the ice maker isn’t producing ice. I removed a ton of ice surrounding the evaporator and am finding that it may need a thermal fuse assembly. Do you guys have the part info there? Would appreciate the time saver, I don’t do many of these.

Seems to not be getting consistent power and not running. I’m thinking a bad board. Haven’t been out yet to diagnose it. Thoughts?

Some of the vegetables are freezing inside, seems to be fine temperature wise most of the time, but noticing it is acting up. I think it may be the fresh food evaporator sensor, but can’t find the part information for it.

We have cleared this drain numerous times and even installed a conductor but it keeps freezing over. Am considering taking a main control board and temperature sensor with me this time just to cover my bases. Do you have those part numbers handy? Thanks.

Have taken it apart already and found the drive motor bad. Can’t find the lookup and figured you’d have it.

This fridge was originally a no cool situation which was diagnosed needing an inverter pcb. We ordered it and the main pcb to be safe after finding some burn marks on the old inverter. We’ve installed both boards and the unit is still not working. We’re now going to try the thermostat to ee if we can get it going, but what would you suggest?

I think it needs the entire filter housing assembly, it’s cracked at one point and seems to not be sitting in it’s case correctly. Do you guys have the part information there?

I reset the control and it seems to be working fine now, but explained to the customer I’d have to order parts if it happens again. Would need new electronic control and thermistor. Think you could get me that part information just in case? Thank you.

Customer out of California is running across a lot of Samsung washers (top and front loaders) and getting a lot unbalanced loads and a lot of tubs bouncing around. Beyond overloading, is there any common problem we are seeing out there that is causing unbalanced loads and tubs to bounce around?
Thanks!

Unit needs a new main control an defrost thermistor. I don’t work on many of these and am hoping for some specific help if possible.

Came across this Samsung microwave with the above error, tech sheet implicates the keypad/control panel. I managed to clean the ribbon cable to the control board and it seems to be working fine now. Could you shoot over the part information for the control just in case I get called back out on this? Want to have that handy.

Customer said there was an LE Error, but did not find anything stored. I cleared sump and drain pump of debris. ran test. no water leaks found. Couldn’t get error to reappear so I just told them to monitor. Should I have done more of a preventative estimate if they need further work? If the LE Error comes back they will need parts replaced most likely.

Diagnosed this unit as needing a start device. I haven’t done very many and am hoping you have a video that will help. Couldn’t find a Samsung one. Thanks.

Model DMT300RFS/XAA
When it starts, the water comes in in measured amounts, but in a few minutes is to the point of flooding the tub edge. The unit then faults out with the ‘Heavy” and “Quick” lights flashing. This shows to be a ‘flow meter error”. Can someone who is familiar with these units expain the fill cycle on this model? I was able to vacuum out the water and then the unit would go into diagnostics. The wash motor and drain motors work fine from the service cycle, but nce the unit overfills, the control is useless. They should have made this unit go directly into a pump-out instead of freezing up full of water, in my opinion.
Any advice on how to solve the overfill issue? It’s not the valve…

This unit had an ice build up in the FF evaporator fan area. I ohmed out the heater and it was good, I replaced the thermistor and thermal fuse. I have received conflicting information that the thermistor should be moved to as high a location as possible on the evaporator lines and also that it should be moved down to the middle of the evaporator and the main board should be changed as well? The thermistor wires are very short and cannot move very far. The part number is DA32-00029Q. I’m sure there is another workable part number with longer wires. . There were no error codes. FF section had warmed up. Evaporator fan was stuck in ice.

I think I’ve got this narrowed down to needing a main control board and the turbidity sensor, but can’t find the part information. Anyone available to take a look?

One of our techs is having an issue with a Samsung DW model listed above, the unit fills up, then drains, then fills and then the following lights start flashing all at once (Normal, Heavy and Quick lights). Customers complaint was unit making grinding noise and would not clean, but the pump never starts up. The tech disassembled the top of the sump and no debris was found and the impellar turns freely. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We smelled a burning rubber smell and that when she opened the door smoke billowed out. It wasn’t anything to do with the laundry. Any thoughts as to what this could be?
