We have cleared this drain numerous times and even installed a conductor but it keeps freezing over. Am considering taking a main control board and temperature sensor with me this time just to cover my bases. Do you have those part numbers handy? Thanks.

I would definitely suspect the main control on this. We had one similar that was also throwing an error to the display because the I/M wasn’t hooked up and was turned “on” without water hooked up. A simple reset after the board was installed seemed to fix the issue. And turning off the I/M of course. I’ve added the sensor below as well, part number DA32-10109W. The board is DA41-00546b and I’ve added a video that should be of some use to you. Good luck!
