The DC error is for an out of balanced load. Could you go into more detail about how the failure occurred? My first guess, would be that the customer had a load that was too large/small/too many different clothes/waterproof clothing that would cause the unit to go off balance and then throw the error.
Are those things possibilities for your instance? Has this error come up multiple times for the customer?

Had it on bedding with a comforter in it and some other items maybe 10 or so. Only has happened 1 time. I calibrated the machine now I'm going through a rinse and spin cycle.
