We reset thermal fuse. A lint fire had occurred in unit and tripped it’s fuse. What else would you guys suggest doing to keep this from happening again?

Make sure to clean all visible lint from the cabinet and blower housing. Check your air flow as well. If it’s poor, they may need to have the vent cleaned right now, and then every year. Tell them to set it up with a company so they don’t forget to schedule themselves. You can reset the thermal fuse and do a final check, but that’s probably your best bet from here.
