Fridge section cooling fine but freezer drawer not cooling at all. What should I be looking for.

Hello
So the freezer bottom drawer is not cooling correct ? This is a single evaporator system and if the freezer is not cooling the refrigerator will follow. I would look at the evaporator to see if you have a defrost issue or a starved evaporator, that would indicate a leak in the system. I would start there and we can help you troubleshoot from there.
