I have sent you a diagnostic sheet. I would run the unit through the diagnostics first to verify its thre control and also see if there are any stored error codes. Matt Ace technician

Matt, thanks for getting back to me.The unit is cooling fine, however the electronic temp. controls don’t respond to my attempts to raise or lower the settings. Instead, they just return to the original settings as soon as I release it. It still acts like it’s the control.

If the the electronic temp. control is not responding, you have no choice but to replace it. Let me know hoe the call turns out after you replace it . Than ks Matt
