DISHWASHER WILL NOT DRY DISHES WELL, HEATER HAS BEEN REPLACED AND DOES HEAT BUT CUSTOMER STILL COMPLAINS THAT DISHES ARE NOT DRY ENOUGH, WATER DOES NOT GET HOT ENOUGH.

LOOKING TO SEE IF THERE IS SOME SORT OF A SERVICE UPDATE FOR THESE NEWER STYLE WHIRLPOOL DISHWASHERS, WE SEEM TO RECEIVE MANY COMPLAINTS LIKE THIS.

Hello
This is a common complaint we hear on the newer products that are energy efficient. You will need to verify
1) They are using a rinse aid.
2) The rinse aid dispenser is working properly.
3) The vent is not stuck in the closed position due to a defective relay on the board.
4) On model with a fan, make sure the fan is operating.
5) Heating element , you already verified that.
We recommend to try a rinse aid like( Jet- dry). Rinse agents help your dishwasher rinse away residue that causes spots and film on dishes and glasses. Rinse agents for automatic dishwashers, such as Jet-Dry Rinse Agent, are designed to lower the surface tension of the water, causing it to sheet off the dishes during the final rinse.
