When I run a cycle on normal it goes until 37min then stops . When you it on spin and drain it starts at 13 min and shuts off at 8 min.

Hi. You should have some stored error codes. The first thing I would do is put the unit into diagnostic mode and see what error codes you have stored. I have attached the tech sheet and some repair videos for you. It sounds like you could have a bad shift actuator. IF you get a basket speed fault error and a unable to reach target RPM error I would suspect the shift actuator.
