Freezer evaporator is located above in the freezer ceiling and drain keeps freezing and over flowing causing water to freezer over evaporator fan. Similar issues to the GE MONOGRAMS. I know the GE has a heater pad kit too address it freezing the drain tube but what can I do here.
Also the panel is unresponsive but I’m sure that’s just a bad panel my priority is fixing this freezing drain line to the drain pan located in the top of the fridge near the compressor.
System wont let me select dacor

Hello
See the diagnostics for you model on page #26 in the link below. There is also a drain kit for your model and if you call your local PD they can look it up by the model and serial number. We have had pretty good luck with the drain kits. We did have one kit that only lasted one year and started having issues, we installed a new kit to rectify. Matt Ace technician

W10199915 installed the kit. Somehow the evaporator fan still froze over with ice but the drain doesn’t seem clogged. Could it be that I lifted the front more then it originally was and the drip pan directly under the evaporator fills over somehow?
