THE BLOWER WHEEL KEPT GETTING STUCK SO I CHANGED IT.
BUT NOW I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
THE WHEEL WILL NOT MOVE FREELY. IT KEEPS TOUCHING THE SIDE OF THE HOUSING

The only thing I would check would be make sure your motor mounts are secured properly. Also make sure that the screws holding the blower housing are all in place. Past that there’s really not much else because that blower wheel comes with the blower housing. If the brand new one is rubbing it has to be an alignment issue or the bearings in the motor are worn causing the wobble in the blower wheel.
