What have you tried so far?
UNPLUGGED THE UNIT FOR 5 MINUTES TO RESET IT WORKED UNTIL THE HOMEOWNER CHANGED THE SETTINGS ON THE DISPENSOR THE ERROR MESSAGE RETURNED. I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING ON SOMETHING THIS NEW.

This error refers to an ice fan motor issue. See link below for parts link. We have corrected the 1F / ER code three times in the last six months by just the motor. Matt Ace technician
