Hello
See the diagnostic manual link below. The 4E error is A fill timeout error which will normally indicates water fill time out: : Possible issues.
1) The water valves are not turned on.
2) Inlet valve failure. You already eliminated that possibility.
3) Pressure switch problem or failure.
4) Blocked or kinked hoses.
5) inadequate or low water pressure to unit.
