Motor was not working. Replaced. Now the motor surges up and down. What did I miss.

Hi. I show the part number for the fan motor as 5303918549. Shows it comes with a wire harness as well. Did you install the harness with it? Looks like a standard 120VAC, one speed motor. It shouldn’t be changing speeds. I have attached some videos on this repair at the link below. How long has the fan been installed? If it continues to do this and the repair and part number check out good, it could be an issue with the adaptive defrost board, or wiring. Is this the only thing pulsating or acting funny?
