Replaced the evaporator fan and main control board and the fan still isn’t coming on.

I have attached the tech sheet for this you. It looks like the fan motor is wire directly back to the main board. Im not seeing any door switches or any thing else in the circuit. It looks like this is a DC fan motor. Your getting 122V AC to the fan motor? It should be around 10V dc if i recall right.

Also, at the bottom right corner of the tech sheet there is a box that has error codes and the diagnostic tests. Go through the diagnostic tests and see what happens.

If I check DC I’m getting 13. Evap fan says 12v DC. I’m thinking I got a bad fan.

Yes. If the fan is rated at 12 v DC and your getting 13v that is fine. Your with in proper range. You have proper power to the fan. DC voltage at the fan can be tricky. You have multiple wires for different speeds and maybe even a feed back line to communicate with the board, but with 13 v DC at the fan it sounds like you have proper power being sent from the board and that fan should be running.

Hello, if you have changed out the control and the fan, next step is to make sure all the door switches are working properly.

Door switches are ok, lights cutting on/off. I checked power at the plug end to the evap fan and its 122. And if you can provide me with a wiring diagram I would appreciate that.
