Freezer section is at room temp. The condenser fan is running, the evaporator fan is not. The door switches are working. Im not sure about the defrost timer. I turned it over about 5 times and nothing happened. There is no tech sheet. Can the timer or terminator stop the compressor from running?

Hi,
Yes, the defrost timer would stop the compressor and evap fan motor from running. The cold control/ thermostat would stop both from running as well if faulty.
The defrost termination would not stop the compressor or fan from running. I would first test your thermostat.
