did clean in back of unit the fan and condenser unit compressor is running .still the same

HI. I have attached a video for you to help you diagnose your problem. Sounds like you have verified that your compressor and condenser fan motor are running and your condenser coils are clean. Next see if you evaporator fan motor is running. If so, check your frost pattern on your evaporator. If should look like the frost pattern in the video. If not you may have a sealed system issue. This could be a leak in the system, restriction, or faulty compressor. Let me know what you find out.
