Freezer evaporater fan motor not turning . He claims he checked the voltage and got only 4 v should be 12 between red and white for this units fan motor. It would not go into diagnostics for him. He’s blaming the board. We dont show this board as a very common part and I am questioning this. it. Any suggestions thanks

It could well be the main board, as it supplies power to all the Low Voltage components. Do you have the technician sheet to put into diagnostics ? It should be with the product. That will show you proceed of elimination on the main board and evaporator motor.
