Freezer is set to 4 and holds temp for a while, then is very erratic sometimes going to 13 degrees. Fridge temp is not affected. I cleaned off condenser coil and cleaned and inspected door gasket and it is still the same. Any help would be great, thanks, Todd fro NY.

Hi. Does the refrigerator show what the actual temp inside the unit is? Or are you using some kind of thermometer to check the temperatures. Honestly, if the freezer temp is reaching 13 deg as a high point, I would not be concerned. This is still a very good temp for the freezer. The temperature will change from many different factors, like if the door is opened. Also, when the unit goes through defrost temps are going to get warm for a little while while that heater is on. It does not sound like any thing is wrong with the unit. I could not find a tech sheet on this unit for you.
