freezer not working

Hello, Things to check is the frost pattern on the evaporator coils in the freezer section, you should have a full frost pattern that cover all of the evaporator, if it has just a partial frost you will most likely have a sealed system issue, that needs a specialty trained tech to fix. , but another thing you need to look for is the condenser fan next to the compressor if that is not working that can cause the freezer to not work well.
