If you weeks ago they received the SYEF error code.
I changed the fan and it was working fine.
Now the temperature rises in the freezer 221 degrees or 18 the stuff are cold the freezer is not full but the temperature keeps on adjusting.

Hello
The SY EF error is an evaporator fan circuit error. I would go back and verify your freezer fan has A good harness connection. If it does and it is not running you will need to replace the main control board. We have had this exact situation at least five times and the main board corrected the issue. The board is intermittently shutting down the evaporator fan motor causing temperature fluctuation. Matt Ace technician

After you replaced the fan motor did it take care of the error code ? Was the unit doing the same issue with the temperature before replacing the fan motor? If the temperature is fluctuating in the freezer it could be a number of factors, including the door not sealing or the customere opening the door frequently or not shutting the door. Also when the unit goes into defrost the temperature can climb. Does the temperature return to the set temperature?

Okay, you said its not cooling and the temperatures are rising in the original question. Now your saying ( The unit is cooling the fan is running.) So is it cooling and what are your temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator section ? Have you inspected the evaporator coil for an even frost pattern ?
