Hello
This is normally an indication of the DAMPER CONTROL BOX KIT . This kit comes with the damper motor and both temperature controls. We have installed many of these controls. One thing you will want to verify before installing, make sure you are getting proper freezer temperatures of -5 to +10 degrees. You want be sure you do not have a beginning of a sealed system leak.
