Customer just called to say his refrigerator was getting too cold and freezing the water line in his freezer door every few days.
He has freezer set at the 1 setting and when I asked he said it’s at 9 degrees. We are in temperature fluctuation season and I see alot of funny happenings with frig’s this time of year.

Ge recommends on both 3 and 37 the ss unit has a warming kit available. Check to see if door is fip or has screws for gasket if it has screws the insulation is bad and needs a door. If its fip the door may be moisture saturated.
We have also been finding the random damper door failure on some of these. This can throw the temps off, as well as a failed thermister. Part on this one is WR09X10050.
