i posted a question a few minuits ago but forgot to add that customer says that also there is no lites to u/i thanks looks like this one is really sick Brian help Robert Help i saw a video of Robert with the icemaker replacement on the samsung but he also said that the pcb would be affected with anything going wrong with the fridge but but also said that if the filter went bad that would also affect the operation of the unit.????

Can you send me a link to that video you saw so I can clarify what Robert was talking about? I responded to that question and I still think it could be glitched up because of the ice maker or needs a control board.

Filter board Da27-00019h I think customer does need a new pcb and of course the ice maker for sure

The main board is p# DA41-00620D. I watched our video on that filter board with Robert and he did not mention anything about what you had said. Must be in a different video.
