First I found the actuator broken. When I inspected the clutch I could cause it to jam by hand so I changed both parts. The first load did OK but the second the new clutch and actuator were jammed again.
Can you please tell me what is causing this?

What have you tried so far?
I replaced both clutch and actuator with OEM parts
O also applied a small amount of silglyde to the moving parts in case the were seizing.
