I REPLACED THE MOTHERBOARD BASED ON ADVISE FROM REPAIR COMPANY.
THIS THING IS EXPENSIVE

I ORDERED THE CONTROLLER BOARD FROM AMAZON.
INSTALLED.
IN TEST MODE THE AIR MOVES.
OUT OF TEST MODE THE AIR DOES NOT MOVE.
I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF FREON LEAK EVER.

You get no frost at all on your evaporator coils? Is your compressor running?

When I plug it in the controller board clicks and the refrigerator humms I presume that is the compressor

If your compressor is running and you have little or no frost pattern on the evaporator then you have a sealed system issue. Either a leak, a restriction, or a faulty compressor.
