What have you tried so far?
Nothing so far but am thinking it is either the defrost timer or the thermostat. I will be going there sometime today pls give me some input on this situation thanks a million

HI. Sounds like a bad thermostat. I have replaced many of these T-stats for this same issue. I would definitely take one with you if you can. P# 2198202. Video attached.

Brian i by passed the coldcontrol and plugged fridge in and it started so thanks a million i will install new cold control manana.
