Go to page #76 in the troubleshooting guide below for complete diagnostics on the Flex Sensor . Also see the 15- video’s on the RF28HM series refrigerator . Next to the top of the page is all of the service bulletin links for this model. I believe there is 8- total on this model. Matt Ace technician
