SAMSUNG FAMILY HUB . this is the first time i come across this fancy fridges.customer complains that fridge is cold but freezer is not working I looked at it and there is no frost or any indication of cold . seems like compressor inn not supplying gas to freezer side .what do you think I should do and where to look for problem ? thanks

Hi. Sounds like you have a sealed system issue. The refrigerant valve could not be opening up to let refrigerant to the freezer. This could be a control board or electrical issues as well. Or, you could have a refrigerant leak. I have attached the service manual for you. You should be able to call for cooling to the freezer is diagnostics to see what the issue is.
