I have a situation with frost forming on the ice bucket, already replaced the flapper, it seems to be closing fine, no leaks around door gasket. Seems to reoccur about every 2 weeks.
Replaced ice chute door.

Hello
See the training manual and service manual for this issue. There are no service bulletin’s for this frosting issue on your model. You will want to make sure :
1) The door flap solenoid is a very common issue, if the solenoid is weak you will develop frost.
2) Both refrigerator and freezer door seals are sealing at 100%. Make sure there are no gaps or ripped seals at the bottom of the doors that you cannot see.
3) Make sure the customer is not putting hot food in the freezer section as this will cause a frost build up.
