Just had a customer call me about a gas oven with two of the burner putting off a yellow flame, you guys ever heard of this? Not sure what I should take with me to replace, if anything. Said they are still working and heating without a problem but was just concerned that the color was so off and called me to come take a look. Thanks you guys.

Gary, the few times we’ve had this happen, it’s due to dirt/debris/residue build up around the ignitor and burner area. A good cleaning should take care of it, but let us know once you get there if there’s any other issues. Good luck!
