this ref has no lights, no fans, compressor not start. the only light is a blinking light on front panel. replaced mother board, nothing. HELP

Hello
Have you run the unit through diagnostics ? See link below. When you installed the new board did you read the instructions carefully ? Some some of the GE boards have specific instructions because they are universal. I know the common GE board based on serial number has you clip the J1 wire for the unit to cool properly. Your board part number is WR55X11208 based on my look up. Double check it from what you have installed and we have had defective boards out of the box in a few occasions, do not rule that out. the part number you gave me is different from the one I installed. part—–on the box it says – WR55X27068 also–WR55X26529 no instructions was in the box. again GE Ref. PYE22FSHFSS. did I install the wrong part? did GE make this Ref? or another country?
