Hi. I found some information on this error code and issue on your unit. This is what the manufacture recommends.

Concern:
Front-Load Direct Drive Washer generates an F8E2 Fault/Error Code (Dispenser Motor
unable to reach desired position). In some cases, this error cannot be replicated
consistently and may reoccur intermittently.
Correction:
Error Code F8E2 Displayed – Dispenser Motor is unable to reach desired position.
1.Verify detergent drawer or detergent cartridge is not clogged with detergent.
2.Check the mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to top of dispenser.
3.Check harness connections between dispenser motor and CCU (Central Control Unit)
connector D16. Verify connectors are fully seated.
If all the preceding steps check out—and due to intermittent operation—it is
recommended that you replace the Dispenser Motor to avoid a repeat service call.
The part number for the Dispenser Motor is W10163975

Since you have already replaced the motor, we would now be looking at the wiring harness or CCU. Since the connector was dirty and you cleaned it, I would be leaning towards a connection issue in the harness.

I CHECKED THE CONNECTIONS ALL ARE OK. SO NOW I AM LEANING TOWARDS THE CCU DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A GOOD ALTERNATIVE OR DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATE THE HELP.
  • Yes. After the motor has been replaced. The wire harness and CCU would be the only 2 other options. So, since you have made sure your connections are good in the harness the CCU would be the last thing left to replace.
