The above fridge is a french door type with the TV monitor, Pandora. Problem is the drawer above the freezer has no lights shining that would turn on when the freezer were to be opened and the touch panel on this deli drawer is unresponsive. Everything else is working in the fridge.All other lights and it is cooling. Best Buy told the customer that the rear main control board would need to be replaced. Thank you for any advise.

The most common thing here is the harness embedded in the right side rail of that pantry. It wears and sometimes can get caught during open and close. This could account for both symptoms since it feeds the power to the LED’s on the bottom of the drawer as well as the controls for the pantry.I highly doubt the main pcb control board needs replaced.
